Title: Area Maintenance Head (Refinery) Job Title Area Maintenance Head (Refinery) Division KBR is searching for Area Maintenance Head to support the plant maintenance activities for project in Saudi Arabia. Summary To ensure that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/ E and rotating equipment) of plant are carried out, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned related to all disciplines. Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution. Provide required support to planning, scheduling and other support supervisors. Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting Participate in the development of area strategic plans to ensure that plant day-to-day activities are executed as per safety and quality standards. Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase. Experience: Minimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance Fluent in writing and reading English. Good knowledge of SAP system. Fair knowledge in process operations of plant. Strong technical understanding of maintenance execution management. Good technical understanding of maintenance Planning management. Good technical understanding of Reliability management. Good technical understanding of Quality management. Good technical understanding of People management. Good technical understanding of HSE requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent. Must be strong on Mechanical, electrical or Instrumentation area.
