Title: Principal Manager, Commercial Management (BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED) Oversee project control staff (cost, schedule, estimating) and providing leadership and direction to team Accountable for the performance and results of Project Controls function Prepare and manage quarterly earnings gap analysis for Asset Performance Solution business Support Asset Performance Solution Leadership actions to achieve business financial targets Support individual PSL leadership, provide guidance on opportunities to achieve earnings targets Monthly PSR Reviews: Manage Agenda of Project to be Reviewed and Review Dates Review and Approve Actions Items Run Monthly PSR meetings Oversee Project Forecast Model Updates Support PM with monthly updates Support PEQ PM with monthly vendor MPR/Accruals Develops and provides project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and follow-up on actions items. Cost Control management (review, forecast, controls, reporting, risk analysis) Support Global Resource Management (CCR, GRM, TRM, etc.) Liaison and support accounting team Monthly project close-out A/R and Cash Flow tracking and follow-up Support budget and forecast updates Quarterly SOX testing Project Performance Analysis and Reporting Oversee Reporting Systems and Analysis Development Power BI & Power Apps Development Reporting Maintain Project Performance Analysis Database Project Forecast Model Development Participates in the development of project cost controls strategy, systems; including responsibility for global processes and procedures in project risk control and cost control.
