Construction Superintendent SMPP

Review the required site Man Power Plan (MPP) with construction management and confirm resource  adequacy. As the Company's representative in the field, organise, administer and control construction in accordance with Company and Client requirements. Be fully familiarised with the applicable contract requirements, policies and procedures. Provide effective communication between colleagues, contractors and the Client. Promote health and safety and ensure OHSA Act is strictly adhered to. Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower comply with all aspects of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy, site regulations and permit to work procedures. Apply professionalism and efficiency. Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, QCP’s and Procedures. Ensure the timeous submission of accurate Daily Diaries including verification of contractors  Daily Diaries.
