Title: Principal Bridge Designer Looking to take the lead on impactful bridge and transport infrastructure projects across Western Australia? We’re seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our high-performing Structural team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering complex designs, mentoring engineers, and shaping the future of infrastructure across the state. The Opportunity: Reporting to the WA Structural Discipline Manager, you will operate as a technical specialist delivering structural engineering services across the transport sector, with a strong focus on bridge infrastructure. You’ll lead the planning and delivery of engineering work, applying sound judgement to complex challenges including competing design requirements, material constraints and multi-disciplinary coordination. This role combines technical leadership, project delivery and client engagement, with opportunities to contribute to proposals, support business development, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Deliver structural design and analysis for bridge and transport infrastructure projects Plan and execute work to meet budget, schedule and quality targets Prepare and review design calculations, reports, specifications and drawings Mentor and support junior engineers, designers and drafters Coordinate with clients, stakeholders and regulatory authorities Contribute to proposals, project planning and business development activities Support delivery of MRWA projects, including ETS panel work and inspections About You: You are a technically strong and commercially aware Structural Engineer with deep experience in infrastructure, particularly bridges, and a passion for mentoring and developing others.
