Partner with the best The Engineering Professional – Mechanical Engineering plays a key role in supporting product development, design, sustaining engineering, and research & development activities. This position contributes to engineering projects of increasing complexity, applying technical expertise to improve product performance, manufacturability, and reliability while supporting business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and engineering organizations to deliver innovative solutions and ensure engineering excellence throughout the product lifecycle. As an Engineering Professional – Mechanical Engineering, you will be responsible for: Supporting product development, sustaining engineering, design, and R&D activities across mechanical engineering projects Planning and conducting research, design, and development activities for standard engineering assignments Applying engineering techniques to solve technical challenges and develop sound design recommendations Evaluating engineering results for applicability, validity, and conformance to specifications and requirements Contributing to projects with moderate impact on product cost, performance, manufacturing methods, and standardization efforts Assisting in project planning, execution, and technical reviews to ensure successful project delivery Supporting larger projects or leading smaller projects under appropriate supervision Handling special engineering assignments and driving solutions that require creativity and technical judgment Collaborating with other engineering disciplines, support organizations, and suppliers to ensure successful integration and execution Providing guidance and work direction to less experienced engineers and technicians when required Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance engineering processes, quality, and product performance Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Have foundational technical expertise with experience in mechanical simulations and 3D modeling Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset Possess effective written and verbal communication skills Have basic project management skills and the ability to support multiple priorities Demonstrate the ability to work independently while building strong peer relationships across functions Be action-oriented with a strong commitment to quality, ethics, and customer focus Show the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world product and design challenges Be comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based environment while taking ownership of assigned tasks Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too. Candidates for this role (office-based/ hybrid/ remote) must be located in or near the locations displayed above.
