Partner with the best As a Field Specialist - Wellbore Construction/Completion, you will be a vital member of the Completions and Well Interventions team. You will be responsible for directly supervising the installations of wellbore construction equipment particularly completion and liner hangers at clients offshore well sites. You’ll be responsible for: · Lead and Supervise field execution of well completion and liner hanger operations at rig sites, ensuring comply to engineering programs and client specification. · Providing daily morning report and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding job status, field finding, and operational challenges. · Preparing and/or cross-checking Run-in Hole Tally and Completing Field Pre-job Checklist including risk assessment and any special requirements as per project. Also ensuring all post job paperwork is prepared, signed and provided to representative in office. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance field processes and service delivery. Including contributes to lessons learned, failure analysis, and service quality improvement. · Support workshop teams in equipment preparation, maintenance, redress and inspection as required. · Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: · Have Technical Diploma or equivalent. · Have more than 6 years’ experience running completions tools (offshore field experience) · Have thorough technical knowledge in liner hanger, cased hole completion or completion techniques in drilling/work over rig operations (offshore and onshore environment). · Be competent in running wellbore construction and completions system in onshore or offshore application. · Be able to work, communicate well in a team and available & open to cross product line training and field opportunities.
