Join our Team and advance your career as a Statutory Senior SME with Dutch knowledge In this role You will: Preparation and review of statutory financial statements under Dutch and Belgian GAAP. IFRS to Local GAAP reconciliations and statutory adjustment accounting. Support of external statutory audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation. Management of statutory accounting transactions such as dividends, capital contributions, share transfers and legal entity restructurings. Regulatory reporting obligations (e.g. DNB/NBB statistical reporting). Month-end, quarter-end and year-end close activities related to statutory reporting. Technical accounting support for local GAAP matters and annual accounts preparation. Experience with statutory accounting processes, SAP and financial reconciliations. To support operations management across various teams, business and geographies according to process design, especially in topics accounting, reporting and control Drives process simplification, standardization and continuous improvement with the respective operations and optimization teams What You need to be successful: Recognized accounting qualification (BSc or MSc degree) Relevant finance and accounting experience Current understanding of IFRS accounting and reporting rules Understanding of local GAAP – Dutch GAAP or Belgian GAAP is an advantage Fluency in English, strong command of Dutch language Demonstrated end-to-end process expertise in Finance areas esp.
