Job Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Advisor ready to take on complex challenges within a Fortune 50 multinational corporation. You will gain a wide variety of experience, work on dynamic projects and develop value-added tax strategies. Business line and finance managers will look to you for advice regarding major transactions, tax policy trends and tax savings opportunities. What you will do
Support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies that align with business objectives through collaboration with key stakeholders
Monitor and research tax laws, policies, regulations and industry developments, and summarize implications for the company
Analyze business operations, transactions and investments to identify potential tax issues, opportunities and risks associated with global value chains
Assist with tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions and divestments
Research and analyze technical tax issues and prepare recommendations and supporting documentation for management review
Support cross-functional projects by providing tax analysis and coordinating with finance, legal, accounting, and business teams
About you
5 years of experience in income tax compliance or 2–4 years of experience in income tax planning, or international tax (law firm, Big 4, or multinational)
Strong working knowledge of income tax concepts (corporate, partnership, or international tax) in at least one country
Excellent written and verbal English (professional fluency required)
Demonstrated ability to:
Analyze tax issues and apply relevant law
Draft clear, concise written work product (memos, summaries, or technical analysis)
Work independently with appropriate supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Credentials (One or more preferred)
JD from a accredited law school
LLM in Taxation (US or internationally recognized program)
Master’s in Tax
Licensed attorney (US or Argentina) or CPA or local equivalent
Preferred Experience
Experience with US multinational tax matters (e.g., Subpart F, NCTI, FDDEI, transfer pricing support)
Background in a Big 4 firm, international law firm, or in-house tax department
Familiarity with tax research tools (Checkpoint, Lexis, BlueJ)
Skills and Competencies
Strong legal research and technical writing skills
Ability to analyze financial and tax data to support planning
Solid project management and organizational skills
High attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines
Collaborative mindset; works effectively across global teams
