Global Test Systems Manager

For our Client, global electronics company, we're looking for Global Test System Manager. Your responsibilities Lead and develop a global multidisciplinary Test Systems team (approx. 12–14 experts in test engineering, hardware, wiring and software). Define and execute the global strategy and roadmap for Test Systems across technologies for electrical (ICT, FCT, Flash) and optical test (SPI, AOI, XRay), including software development and test. Manage the cost center, including budget planning, forecasting, resource allocation and cost optimization. Drive standardization, digitalization and continuous improvement of test systems, acting as a trusted partner for senior management, customers and suppliers. Foster innovation, continuous improvement and digitalization within the function, including automation, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization. Our requirements Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary engineering teams in an international / manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of test systems and manufacturing-related technologies (e.g. ICT, functional test, automation, software/hardware integration). Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Experience in budget planning, cost control and cost center responsibility. Strategic and analytical mindset, with a structured, results-oriented and solution-focused way of working; fluent English required.
