Service Technician

Primary Responsibilities Prepare, service, and complete Downhole tools in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. Service tools in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with Service Quality procedures. Complete production assignments as directed by supervisors and management. Accurately complete service documentation and maintain detailed production records. Safely operate equipment required to perform job duties, including cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment. Collaborate with personnel across multiple departments to support operational goals. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and new projects as assigned by management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Duties Perform the overall preparation, service, and completion of Downhole tools. Service tools in a timely manner without deviation from Service Quality procedures. Complete production assignments as directed by Supervisors and Management. Develop accurate and complete service documentation in a timely manner. Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements. Work scheduled hours as determined by management. Lift up to 70 pounds as required. Travel domestically up to 10% as required. Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to high noise levels, vibration, fumes, dust, odors, and varying indoor and outdoor temperatures. Education and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience applicable to servicing Downhole tools or similar equipment preferred. Sufficient training and experience to become familiar with the operational characteristics of company products preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
