Our services encompass program management, contingency and expeditionary, asset management and recreation support, postal operations, safety services, logistics, and more. Job Summary This position involves in Operating and maintaining the BAS and Power Monitoring System in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and in accordance with the installation and operating parameters within the facilities Roles and Responsibilities Operate and maintain SCADA systems for power generation, load sharing, and water treatment processes. Operate and maintain BAS systems for HVAC, mechanical, and electrical equipment in large commercial/government buildings. Install, configure, and calibrate SCADA/BAS hardware and software (servers, workstations, PLCs, sensors, actuators). Troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and communication issues across Ethernet/fiber networks. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per compliance frameworks. Conduct quarterly inspections and generate reports on System health and performance. Manage cybersecurity protocols, patch updates, and access control. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training records. Respond to emergency callouts and support disaster recovery procedures. Basic/Required Qualifications Education Technical degree or see License requirements Certifications & Training: OEM certifications in SCADA/BAS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Allen-Bradley). OSHA safety training or equivalent. Cybersecurity awareness training for industrial systems. Factory training in HVAC equipment (preferred). Work Experience: 5 years' experience in Operations and Maintenance of building computer and microprocessor-controlled systems:- 2 of the 5 years must have been spent working in direct maintenance of Siemens or Honeywell BAS systems and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in direct maintenance of BAS in large modern commercial or government office buildings. Technical Skills: Proficiency in EasyGen, LS6, Siemens Desigo, Simatic WinCC, Honeywell Niagara. Strong understanding of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider). Familiarity with MODBUS, DNP3, BACnet, TCP/IP, and other protocols. Ability to read schematics and interpret control logic. Basic knowledge of Cisco switches, servers, and cybersecurity best practices Preferred Qualifications Must be fluent in English. Must possess a passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment with multiple interruptions/distractions Work Conditions Must be flexible with work hours and available for emergency callouts.
