Fuel your passion As a Quality Experienced Professional - Business Process Management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Baker Hughes Quality Management System (QMS) and all applicable customer requirements. This role primarily supports activities executed internally at Baker Hughes facilities, focusing on product and process quality, technical compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead quality assessments and verification activities, implement effective process controls, support root cause investigations, and drive quality performance through data analysis and corrective actions. Additionally, you will contribute to quality improvements across flexible pipe fabrication, connector assembly, product validation, and operational readiness activities. As a Quality Experienced Professional - Business Process Management, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining tooling preparation workflows aligned with operational and quality requirements. Supporting calibration programs, certificate management, and compliance with corporate and industry standards. Applying knowledge of NDT methods including VT, MT, PT, UT, and RT to support inspection activities. Supporting tooling quality control through verification, dimensional inspections, and readiness reviews. Reviewing and validating Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection procedures used by third-party vendors. Supporting external inspection companies through quality oversight, audits, and compliance assessments. Providing technical guidance to inspectors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Witnessing and validating vendor inspection processes to ensure compliance with company specifications, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. Supporting root cause investigations and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes related to vendor and internal quality issues. Validating tool recertification records, maintenance documentation, and Management of Change (MOC) updates. Assessing current quality control processes and identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Developing, updating, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality workflows. Supporting operational readiness initiatives by considering regional requirements, logistics constraints, and supplier capabilities. Contributing to continuous improvement efforts through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and quality management tools. Preparing, analyzing, and communicating quality performance metrics and reports. Driving a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality). Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, or a related discipline within the Oil & Gas industry or similar industrial environment. Demonstrate expertise in quality systems, product requirements, and regulatory compliance. Have experience utilizing quality and problem-solving methodologies such as A3, 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, 5S, and Lean Six Sigma. Be fluent in English, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrate experience with manufacturing processes and product validation activities, including fabrication, dimensional inspection, painting, welding, and NDT. Have experience conducting quality and product compliance audits. Possess knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q2 quality standards.
