What role you will play in our team
The Proxxima Infrastructure Market Development Manager will leads market development and commercialization activities for thermoset and composite solutions across global infrastructure, incl. energy, transportation, water, commercial, and residential infrastructure markets. The role translates strategy into actionable growth programs, identifies new applications, and accelerates adoption through value-chain engagement and cross-functional leadership.
What you will do
Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Infrastructure business objectives and emerging market trends.
Opportunity Identification: Assess market attractiveness, customer needs, specifications, and competitive landscapes to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Value Chain Engagement: Influence owners, engineering firms, contractors, fabricators, OEMs, distributors, and industry associations to drive adoption of Proxxima solutions.
Solution Development: Lead opportunities through the Solution Development and RWW processes, partnering with Technology, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
Commercialization: Develop go-to-market plans, support customer trials, demonstration projects, and specification approvals, and accelerate revenue generation.
Business Intelligence: Provide market insights, market sizing, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence without authority and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, and external partners.
About you
Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of commercial, business development, strategic marketing, application development, or market development experience in construction, infrastructure, composites, polymers, advanced materials, or related industries
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Construction Management, Business or Marketing
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional commercialization initiatives
Ability to develop qualified opportunity pipeline value that leads to achieving infrastructure segment growth targets
