Senior Specialist – Subsea Equipment Installation, Well Completions & Asset Management Are you an experienced Digital Technology Senior Specialist – Subsea Equipment Installation, Well Completions & Asset Management for a new Role? Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist – Subsea Equipment Systems to support offshore and onshore operations related to subsea production systems, Christmas Trees (XTs), Installation/Intervention, and lifecycle asset management. The role will be responsible for equipment testing, installation support, workshop operations, maintenance planning, vendor management, and customer interface activities for offshore field development and intervention projects. Key Responsibilities Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities Supervise pressure testing, functional testing, and inspection of subsea equipment prior to offshore mobilization. Conduct vessel surveys and coordinate with vessel personnel, clients, and third-party contractors to ensure safe and efficient installation operations. Review and verify installation procedures, lifting plans, testing requirements, and operational readiness. Prepare and maintain inventories of installation tooling, test equipment, torque tools, and workshop consumables. Manage workshop operations for inspection, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and pressure testing of customer-owned subsea equipment and tooling. Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, industry standards, and quality requirements while maintaining a zero-incident culture. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for subsea assets and support equipment. Plan maintenance scopes and coordinate spare parts procurement to ensure asset reliability and availability. Prepare technical and commercial evaluations for equipment, tooling, spare parts, and third-party service requirements. Coordinate annual calibration, recertification, and lifting equipment inspections with approved vendors. Monitor asset utilization, maintenance costs, and operational performance to support business objectives and revenue growth. Maintain accurate maintenance records, certification documentation, and asset management databases. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Marine Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of experience in subsea equipment operations, well completions, offshore installation, or asset management. Strong knowledge of subsea Christmas Trees, well completion equipment, pressure testing, hydraulic systems, and intervention tooling. Experience supporting offshore operations for operators such as ONGC or major oil & gas companies. Familiarity with workshop management, maintenance planning, asset integrity, and lifecycle management. Knowledge of HSE requirements, lifting operations, and offshore operational standards. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures, and equipment manuals. Strong vendor management, customer engagement, and project coordination skills. Willingness to travel offshore and support onshore operational requirements as needed.
