Feed your passion The General Operations Support position provides comprehensive support in administrative, logistical and operational activities to ensure the efficient execution of processes, operational continuity and the fulfillment of business objectives. This position collaborates with multiple areas of the organization and contributes to compliance with quality, safety, and operational performance standards. As General Operations Support, you will be responsible for: Support the day-to-day coordination of field, offshore, onshore, and base operations. Control and update operational documentation, including daily reports, service tickets and HSE records. Support in the planning and coordination of critical resources to ensure operational continuity. Support compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) standards. Participate in internal and external audits, as well as contractual compliance activities. Act as a liaison between the areas of Operations, Logistics, Maintenance, HSE and customers. Support in the preparation of technical and administrative documentation for tenders and commercial processes. Coordinate with internal areas such as Operations, HSE, Finance and Commercial to collect and consolidate required information. Support in preliminary cost analysis and resource planning. Validate personnel documentation and resumes, complete DT4 requirements, verify equipment documentation, and coordinate final delivery with the commercial area. Manage personnel registration processes, including documentation, validations, follow-up of observations and periodic reports of status and man hours to the HSE area. Coordinate the process of registering subcontractors, ensuring document compliance, monitoring approvals and keeping updated records. Validate field documentation, reconcile volumetry with SDC and report information to the Contracts and Sales Control areas. To be successful in this role, you will need to: Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Have excellent communication skills to interact with internal areas and external parties. Possess the ability to monitor and effectively manage processes. Have knowledge of personnel registration processes, contract administration, HSE requirements and document control. Be proactive in identifying and resolving opportunities for improvement, errors, or missing documentation. Have the ability to manage multiple operational and administrative tasks simultaneously. Maintain a strong focus on process compliance, accuracy, and integrity. Master Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Have an intermediate or advanced level of English to understand documentation, communicate via email, and collaborate with global teams.
