What role will you play in our team Responsible for coordinating, managing, and optimizing assigned contracted packaging material and supplier(s) and with Sales & Marketing to execute packaging changes or enhancement/optimization initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance, market, and operational requirement within supply network Optimize packaging supply processes, reduce costs, and enhance sustainability efforts across the supply chain Champion packaging materials, design, and supply chain operations, enabling opportunities for improvement, ensure quality & compliance, and drive innovative packaging solutions 1. Coordinate, communicate, align Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, marketing, and operations teams to ensure packaging meets functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements Support tender and contracts negotiation with packaging suppliers, monitor supplier performance, and manage relationships to ensure reliable supply and competitive pricing Coordinate testing and analysis of packaging materials to ensure compliance with quality, operability, and safety standards Drive both internal and external investigations on packaging related challenge on quality and supply reliability Manage supplier relationship together with Procurement team 2. Execute Core Third Party supply process and activities Evaluate current packaging processes, materials, supply, and specifications to identify opportunities for cost reduction, compliance enhancement, operability, and sustainability improvements Develop and implement packaging strategies aligned with supply chain and business objectives Provide guidance on the selection of optimal packaging materials, considering cost, durability, operability, environmental impact, and product compatibility Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to packaging and sustainability. Oversee the implementation of new packaging designs and technologies, ensuring smooth integration with existing supply chain processes Drive initiatives to reduce packaging waste, improve recyclability, and minimize environmental impact Develop packaging specifications and documentation for various products, ensuring accuracy and consistency Support packaging-related training and knowledge sharing across the organization What will you do Ensure Corporate Packaging Standards are in place and adhered to in all locations filling ExxonMobil Branded products, including Third Parties and resellers Provide Packaging technical
