How you can help shape the future: As a Senior Finance Manager (m/f/d), you play a critical role in shaping and delivering the financial strategy for the Lingen Refinery. You act as a trusted advisor to senior business leadership, driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring a robust financial control environment. You will partner closely with operational and commercial teams to optimize business outcomes, protect value, and support delivery of the refinery’s strategic and commercial objectives Your new area of responsibility - challenging and future-oriented Act as a trusted finance advisor to the Refinery VP, supporting strategic, commercial, and investment decisions Drive financial performance and ensure delivery of economic and strategic targets Lead interventions to address financial risks and performance gaps Ensure a robust financial control and governance environment Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with internal standards Drive process simplification, digitalisation, and efficiency improvements Build and develop finance team capabilities and future talent pipelines Oversee delivery of core finance processes (forecasting, reporting, benchmarking, improvement plans) through activity integration across local and offsite (FP&A/FBT) finance and business teams.
