KBR is seeking a highly experienced attorney to join its Business Integrity team as a Senior Attorney, Anti-Corruption Compliance & Business Integrity. This role serves as a key advisor supporting KBR's global anti-corruption and business integrity program through legal counseling, complex risk assessments, investigations, third-party due diligence oversight, compliance program enhancement, and strategic advisory support. The Senior Attorney will independently manage complex and high-risk compliance matters, advise senior stakeholders on anti-corruption and ethics risks, support enterprise-wide compliance initiatives, and help drive the continued evolution of KBR's global compliance framework. This role requires deep expertise in anti-corruption laws, exceptional judgment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence business decisions in a global environment. Trinzic is being established as an independent public company through the planned separation of KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business, which is expected to be completed on January 4, 2027. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted legal and compliance advisor to business leaders, legal colleagues, and functional stakeholders regarding anti-corruption, ethics, and business conduct risks. Independently manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk compliance matters involving global operations, government customers, strategic business partners, and significant commercial transactions. Lead risk-based due diligence reviews involving consultants, intermediaries, joint venture partners, consortium participants, acquisition targets, distributors, agents, and other high-risk third parties. Evaluate complex due diligence findings, identify material compliance risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies, contractual safeguards, monitoring requirements, and remediation plans. Oversee administration and continuous improvement of anti-corruption due diligence and compliance management systems, ensuring effective workflows, governance, reporting, and compliance oversight. Conduct and lead internal investigations involving alleged violations of anti-corruption laws, fraud, conflicts of interest, business misconduct, and related compliance concerns. Review and advise on anti-corruption provisions within commercial agreements, subcontractor arrangements, consortium agreements, joint venture agreements, strategic partnerships, and other business transactions. Partner with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, Internal Audit, International Trade Compliance, and business leadership to support compliance throughout the business lifecycle. Identify emerging compliance risks and regulatory developments and provide strategic recommendations regarding program enhancements and risk mitigation initiatives. Support development and implementation of policies, procedures, controls, governance structures, and compliance program improvements consistent with industry-leading practices. Develop and present metrics, dashboards, trend analyses, and risk reporting to compliance leadership and key business stakeholders. Provide mentorship, guidance, and subject matter expertise to compliance professionals and cross-functional partners on complex anti-corruption matters. Basic Qualifications Education & Experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 7+ years of experience in anti-corruption compliance, corporate compliance, investigations, government contracts, regulatory enforcement, or related legal practice. Significant experience independently managing complex compliance matters and advising stakeholders on high-risk legal and regulatory issues. Advanced knowledge of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act, and other international anti-corruption laws and regulations. Experience conducting complex due diligence reviews, investigations, compliance assessments, and compliance program management activities. Professional Skills & Competencies Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations. Strong risk assessment, investigative, and analytical capabilities. Experience utilizing advanced due diligence technologies, screening tools, workflow systems, and compliance management platforms.
