This position provides technical and programmatic support across all phases of the FMS lifecycle, from Pre-Letter of Request (LOR) activities through case closure. The successful candidate will work closely with government stakeholders, program management teams, and international partners to support case development, execution monitoring, acquisition planning, and schedule management. The role requires detailed understanding of Security Assistance processes, FMS regulations, and program execution requirements within a government acquisition environment. This position contributes directly to the successful delivery of aviation and ground munitions capabilities to allied and partner nations through established foreign military sales programs. Roles and Responsibilities Support execution of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs from Pre-LOR activities through final case closure. Develop and coordinate documentation supporting Letters of Request (LOR), Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), Price and Availability (P&A) packages, and technical evaluations. Monitor FMS case status and provide programmatic updates, forecasts, and execution reports to leadership and stakeholders. Maintain Integrated Master Schedules and other tracking mechanisms to monitor program performance, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate with government agencies, program offices, and international stakeholders to support case development and execution activities. Support acquisition planning efforts associated with international program requirements and customer requests. Prepare briefings, reports, and decision-support materials related to FMS program status and execution. Ensure compliance with applicable Security Assistance regulations, directives, and policy guidance throughout case execution. Analyze program data and performance metrics to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improved execution. Other duties as assigned in support of mission and business requirements. Basic Qualifications Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required. Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or High School Diploma and 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree. Recent Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience supporting case management, case development, or case execution. Experience supporting a U.S. Government Project Office, Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD), or United States Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC). Knowledge of AR 12-1 and Foreign Military Sales regulations, directives, and policies. Experience developing or supporting LOAs, LORs, P&A activities, or related Security Assistance documentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Aviation Missile or Ground Missile programs. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification. Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules for complex defense acquisition programs. Experience supporting international defense customers and partner nation requirements.
