Senior MES Delivery Lead

The Senior MES Delivery Lead will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Automation, IT, Data Backbone teams, and external technology partners to drive MES adoption and support manufacturing transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include process analysis, requirements engineering, workshop facilitation, solution evaluation, architecture collaboration, implementation support, deployment planning, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. The successful candidate will act as a subject matter expert for MES and digital manufacturing systems, helping to define future-state manufacturing processes, support Smart Factory initiatives, and contribute to the long-term development of SPS's manufacturing technology landscape. As the program evolves, the role is expected to progress toward ownership of MES strategy, deployment activities, and future capability development within the organization.
