We are working with a national operator to source a Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical). This is a long-term contract role working on a rotational basis. Please see details below. Title: Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical) Start Date: ASAP (typically within 1 month notice) Location: Qatar Offshore Working Schedule: 29 ON / 27 OFF --Experience Required-- Key Job Accountabilities • The Commissioning Engineer (onshore based) shall coordinate and produce commissioning dossiers for use offshore by the operations commissioning team and shall be accountable for technical standards and the application of internationally acceptable engineering practices to ensure the plant/equipment is commissioned in an effect and safe manner. --Minimum Requirements-- Qualifications • B .E., / B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering Knowledge and Key Skills • Minimum 15 years Commissioning experience gained in brownfield modifications to oil and gas or similar facilities which must include offshore. • Majority of the above experience should be working within a multi-cultural environment. • A good command of written and spoken English If you would like to be considered for the position, please apply direct to this advertisement with your CV with contact details.
