Well Site Supv, II-211232 (Luanda, LUA, AO)

Job Duties Responsible for Halliburton (HAL) contractual operations at the well site under broad direction. Understands well services operational objectives and takes the necessary actions to achieve them. Ensures accurate reporting and safeguards the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from operational hazards. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Coordinates product service lines and third-party subcontractors to meet engineered well design requirements. Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site. Provides direct supervision and support to junior well site supervisors. Acts as a matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location. Demonstrates leadership in HSE through active participation in audits, inspections, and reviews in accordance with the HSE Plan. Participates in and facilitates incident and near-miss investigations. Validates the closure of corrective actions and tracks outstanding audit findings. Oversees equipment move-in, rig-up, rig-down, and move-out activities. Directs well operations processes to ensure safe and efficient execution. Manages field operations to achieve well services objectives within agreed time and cost targets. Prepares and maintains a documented daily 7-day look-ahead plan for equipment, materials, and personnel required for well operations. Qualifications Requires a high school diploma. Requires a minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in operations management. Requires a Supervisory Well Control Certificate. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
