Quality Control Inspector 2 / Wireline

We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure our wireline products meet the highest industry standards. You'll conduct critical inspections and testing of materials, components, and assemblies, playing a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in oil & gas manufacturing. Roles and Responsibilities Perform in-process, final product, and receiving inspections by established procedures and API standards (5CT, 7-1, and premium connections) Conduct dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hardness testing on components Verify conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments and gauges Maintain calibration database and coordinate equipment calibration schedules Review material test certificates and technical drawings for accuracy and current revisions Document inspection results, prepare detailed reports, and manage NCR/CPAR processes Identify quality issues and apply systematic problem-solving methodologies Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality management systems, and industry regulations Communicate inspection findings effectively to supervisors and stakeholders Skills / Education High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate preferred 3-5 years of experience in oil & gas product inspection Proficiency with standard measuring equipment and ability to interpret technical drawings Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and basic math skills ASNT Level 2 certification in at least 2 NDE methods (LPT & MPT) #LI-KP1
