Achieve 99%+ inventory accuracy. Maintain 100% compliance with safety procedures and required training. Perform warehouse operations safely and efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting on-time customer deliveries. Ensure inventory accuracy by properly receiving, labeling, storing, counting, and transacting materials using the warehouse management system (WMS). Meet or exceed warehouse productivity standards for receiving, picking, and shipping. Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting materials for damage, following handling procedures, and reporting discrepancies or non-conforming products. Collaborate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure efficient material flow and continuous warehouse operations. Contribute to warehouse efficiency by identifying process improvements, reducing waste, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other material handling equipment while maintaining required certifications and equipment inspections. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse by following 5S principles and ensuring work areas remain safe and efficient. Demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
