Health & Safety Advisor - Night Shift

Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor - Night Shift Duration: 1 year (possibility of extension) Schedule: Night Shift Location: Tuesday - Saturday (10 hours a day) This opportunity supports a major LNG construction project and focuses on delivering environmental, health and safety oversight across site activities. The role is centered on EHS compliance, contractor monitoring, incident investigation, inspections, reporting, and safety training within a construction and industrial environment. This position offers the chance to contribute directly to project safety performance and the implementation of robust health and safety programs on site. Required Education: Equivalent qualification in EHS or a related field of study Required Experience: At least 5 years of construction and/or industrial safety experience 5 years of environmental and safety program management within construction Experience monitoring contractors and subcontractors for compliance with health and safety regulations and project guidelines Experience conducting inspections, accident and incident investigations, safety performance tracking, and reporting Required Skills: Thorough understanding of federal, state, local, and company health and safety regulations and the ability to enforce them Ability to review EHS plans, programs, and documentation for compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements Ability to identify EHS compliance risks and coordinate with project management to develop resolution strategies Capability to develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, programs, and manuals Ability to participate in or lead safety training delivery for company employees Strong reporting, correspondence, research, data compilation, and document review skills Ability to use business applications software, complex databases, advanced presentation graphics, and detailed spreadsheets using original formulas Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HSE #LI-AP5
