Senior Internal Auditor - Project Execution

Wood has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Internal Auditor to join our Internal Audit team on a permanent basis.
The role will preferably be based at one of our UK hub offices in Aberdeen, Reading, Glasgow or Stockton, however, remote working may be considered for the right candidate.
#LI-Hybrid The Role As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, risk-informed audits that provide independent assurance over Wood's governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
You will contribute to the planning, coordination and execution of assigned audits across a diverse range of business and functional areas, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to assess the effectiveness of processes and controls.
Working closely with Internal Audit colleagues and business stakeholders across multiple regions, you will support the delivery of the audit plan, providing independent assurance over the adequacy and effectiveness of Wood’s internal control environment. You will communicate audit findings clearly and effectively, ensuring agreed actions are satisfactorily implemented and deliver lasting value to the business.
