HSE Specialist/WSER III [C]

We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to support and drive health, safety, and environmental initiatives across operations. This role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, and providing expert guidance on HSE programs and best practices. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company HSE standards and policies. Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE programs and procedures. Conduct safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Monitor workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Deliver HSE training and promote employee engagement in safety initiatives. Track, analyze, and report leading and lagging safety indicators. Provide guidance and regulatory interpretation on health, safety, and environmental matters. Partner with management and field teams to strengthen HSE performance and operational excellence. Requirements 5+ years of experience in Health, Safety & Environmental roles. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOT compliance, and general HSE practices. Experience conducting investigations, audits, and risk assessments. Ability to solve complex problems and provide practical recommendations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Capable of working independently and acting as a resource for less experienced team members. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Professional HSE certifications are a plus. #LI-LD1
