Georgetown - Guyana: Project Lead - Real Estate (Georgetown, DE, GY)

Job Duties Halliburton is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Design & Construction team across the Caribbean region. This role is responsible for managing multiple capital projects from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with company standards. The successful candidate will coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and contractor activities; manage project scope, schedules, costs, risks, and stakeholder relationships; provide project reporting and governance oversight; and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to support a growing portfolio of projects across multiple countries. Regional travel may be required.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in design, construction, and project management of industrial, commercial, energy, infrastructure, EPC, or Oil & Gas facilities.
Proven experience managing projects through planning, execution, and closeout phases, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and stakeholder management.
Experience with contractor management, procurement coordination, project controls, and HSE compliance.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, regional environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
PMP, PE, or other project management/professional certifications are a plus.
Experience working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups is highly desirable.
Spanish language skills are an advantage but not required.
