Jr Transportation Coordinator

Responsibilities Coordinate passenger movement operations, including scheduling, cost management, record-keeping, and dashboard reporting.
Support passenger transportation between the project site, Terrace, Terrace Airport, and designated park-and-ride locations.
Coordinate on-site and in-town shuttle services.
Work with transportation contractors and participate in field engagement activities.
Support site traffic planning and off-site parking infrastructure.
Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, management, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Support fleet maintenance activities, including repositioning vehicles when required.
Deliver timely and professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the delivery of safe-driving programs for personnel.
Complete additional duties as assigned
