Mechanical Hvac Designer

Develop mechanical drawings in both 2D and 3D design environments.
Prepare detailed design deliverables, including plans, sections, details, and schedules.
Produce design drawings in accordance with project-specific criteria, applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Maintain consistency and quality of design documentation across multiple projects in alignment with office and industry standards.
Design industrial and building HVAC air-movement systems and building utilities, including steam and condensate, natural gas, compressed air, domestic and chilled water, fire protection, sanitary and storm drainage systems, and associated piping networks.
Support building estimating activities, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material lists for mechanical and building systems to inform project budgeting and planning.
Collaborate with project teams to align design solutions with cost constraints and constructability considerations.
Comply with all client corporate policies and procedures, including Quality Assurance and Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
