Project Controls Cost Lead

Under moderate supervision, provides project controls support to Engineering, Procurement and Construction in cost analysis, reporting, and general project controls support as directed by the Project Controls Manager. This may include but is not limited to the preparation, analysis and presentation of reports, charts, tables, and information along with analysis of trends, project risks and forecasts.
Define a project cost control chart of accounts by WBS and cost control system from a detail estimate, that provides visibility to engineering, procurement and contract strategies.
Responsible for the compilation, accuracy and reporting of project cost elements, like accruals, commitments, change management, forecast and others.
Assist in processing project change notices, maintain change logs as required and report on changes through company's Change Management System. Own the Cost scope of the change management process.
Assist in compilation of all weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for the project and responsible for the cost scope of the reports.
