What role you will play in our team Experienced IT professional specializing in automation platforms, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices . Skilled in operating and maintaining UiPath and ABBYY FlexiCapture, designing secure AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code, and implementing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Adept at scripting (PowerShell, SQL, C#) to automate processes and improve efficiency. Strong background in system monitoring (DataDog) and analytics (Power BI) for performance optimization and operational insights. Proven ability to ensure compliance, maintain documentation, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. Core Competencies: Automation & RPA: UiPath, ABBYY FlexiCapture, IDP workflows Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Terraform, Windows Server DevOps & Scripting: GitHub Actions, PowerShell, SQL, C# Monitoring & Analytics: DataDog, Power BI Strong problem-solving, communication, adaptability and cross-functional collaboration’ What you will do Operate and maintain ABBYY FlexiCapture and UiPath platforms to ensure reliability and performance. Design and manage AWS/Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC); coordinate with MSPs for secure, optimized systems. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions; automate repetitive tasks through scripting (PowerShell) Monitor system health and troubleshoot proactively; collect and analyze performance metrics using DataDog. Maintain internal documentation and knowledge bases; validate MSP activities and ensure compliance with change management protocols. Provide consultation with customers on products and services. Build dashboards and reports with Power BI for operational insights. Develop and maintain RPA solutions (UiPath preferred) and implement IDP workflows for document handling and data extraction. (Nice to have) About you Skills and Qualifications B.E/B.Tech in Computer science or related courses Demonstrated record of 5-10 years of hands-on experience on advanced level UiPath, ABBYY FlexiCapture, Intelligent Document Processing. Knowledge on Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred), Windows server Solid GitHub Actions, CI/CD practices background Strong experience with PowerShell, SQL Query, C# (RPA Function App Webhook) Experience with the scrum and agile practices Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions that deliver measurable business value. Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven experience working effectively across global teams and diverse cultures.
