Qhs Manager Newbuilding

As QHS Manager, you will:
Manage the Newbuilding Quality Assurance team and coordinate the Newbuilding Safety Management team, ensuring team efficiency and development.
Develop the Quality Assurance and Safety Management activities and regularly review their roadmaps.
Develop maker audit and safety training plans, and oversee Quality Assurance and Safety Management reporting.
Participate in shipyard and maker audits and follow up on resulting actions.
Identify training requirements and support the continued development of your team's knowledge and skills.
Improve the supervision process in coordination with Area Managers and Site Managers by mapping existing processes and proposing improvements, including training.
Coordinate with the Newbuilding environmental representative to support the development of the shipyard environmental roadmap.
Establish and maintain relevant reporting, briefings and meetings.
Propose and periodically review a continuous performance improvement plan.
From time to time, participate in reviews of Newbuilding Specifications and specific missions.
Comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
, applicable international rules and regulations, and quality, health, safety, environmental and ethics policies.
