Service Delivery Centre Manager, RES (Kuala Lumpur, 14, MY, 50400)

Job Duties Under broad direction, manages and directs Real Estate Service activities for a specific geographical area.
Responsibilities include: operations and maintenance activities associated with non-deployed facilties; acquisition and disposition of facilities and property to support business unit requirements-deployed and non-deployed; design and construction of support facilities such as shops, warehouses, and plants; managing voice communication infrastructure and contracts; travel management processes; office services; and security services.
Prepares and manages annual operating and capital expenditure business plans required to support the service center and associated customer base.
Selects and monitors performance of outsource service providers.
Serves as the principal Real Estate Services (RES) contact for all levels of the Company.
Provides overall RES support to deployed facilities within geographic area as required.
Job role is independently accountable for RES support function.
Qualifications Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in business administration, architecture, or engineering 7-10 years of experience in property management, or other shared services functions Experience in managing multi-discipline activities as well as successful internal relations with all levels of a sizable and complex organization/company and management experience.
