- Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.
- Manages and ensures successful execution of CP structures fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
- To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Structure fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.
- To assess the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
- To review deviations to LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.
- Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
- Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.
- To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subjects, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
- To Participate in Risk Assessments, kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
- To participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company.
