TRS Field Service Supervisor

Overall Purpose of the Job

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and executing casing and tubing operations involving a range of tubular sizes and associated equipment.

The role includes carrying out field supervisory responsibilities in line with company standards.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Promptly report any unsafe or unsatisfactory plant, equipment, or systems of work, including those not aligned with company standards or QHSE procedures.
• Implement and adhere to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) policies during all operational activities, and proactively recommend improvements where necessary.
• Actively identify and address unsafe practices and conditions to prevent harm to personnel, processes, equipment, property, and the environment.
• Participate in worksite safety programmes and initiatives as required.
• Accurately complete and submit all relevant reports (e.g. STAR Cards, incident reports, equipment fault reports) to the appropriate departments in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment, technologies, and operational requirements as directed.
• Ensure all operational documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the Operations Office within required timelines.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and meetings when required.
• Provide support to onshore and workshop operations as needed.

Job Knowledge and Qualifications

• Technical Certificate (or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline)
• Proven supervisory experience in Oil & Gas pipe deck and drill floor operations.
• Strong coordination, organisational, and administrative capabilities.
• Effective report writing and documentation skills.
