- Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules, defining target dates and baseline plans, and ensuring all project work packages, dependencies, milestones, and constraints are accurately incorporated into the planning scenario using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Monitoring project progress, analyzing schedule performance, identifying critical risks and issues, and proposing mitigation and recovery actions to support on-time project delivery.
- Producing accurate forecasts, project projections, and performance reports, ensuring timely visibility of project status for internal stakeholders and customers.
