Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Field Engineer to support our Stimulation and Hydraulic Fracturing operations in Bolivia. This role provides an excellent opportunity to build a career in a dynamic operational environment, working closely with customers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of stimulation and fracturing jobs while ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of field experience in stimulation, acidizing, and/or hydraulic fracturing operations.
• Understanding of well stimulation processes and field execution.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based environment and travel as required.
