Underground Bogger and Grader Operator in Cobar FIFO Roster 7/7 (or 14/14)
ABOUT THE ROLE

• Safely and efficiently operating Underground Bogger and Grader equipment doing road works
• Effective and efficient equipment care to ensure minimum damage and maximum utilisation and availability of equipment.
• Completing thorough pre-start inspections and promptly identifying and reporting equipment defects or maintenance requirements
• Working collaboratively with all underground personnel
• Dust management
• Ability to communicate effectively using underground radio communications
• Following all site safety requirements, operational procedures and established mining practices
• Supporting a strong team culture through effective communication, cooperation and a professional approach
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, productivity and operational performance
• Fantastic hourly rate

ABOUT YOU Working within a unique mining operation in Cobar, you will join a highly safety-focused team of professionals and utilise your skills and experience as an Underground Bogger and Grader Operator To be considered for this opportunity, you will require:

• Previous underground mining experience as a Bogger and Grader operator is essential
• Must possess bogger and grader ticket
• A positive outlook with the aspiration to achieve high standards and take pride in your work
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and operational excellence
• Ability to work effectively in a production focused mining environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills
