Service Representative I Location: South Bend / New Carlisle, IN Pay: $30-35/hr + OT + Per Diem (based on days worked)
Duration: Contract through April 2027 with potential for permanent hire.
About the Role We are seeking a Service Representative I to support water treatment systems at a large data center facility. This is a hands-on field service position focused on water chemistry testing, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and customer support. You'll work directly at customer sites helping maintain critical cooling and water systems while ensuring safety and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform water chemistry testing and document results.
• Inspect and troubleshoot water treatment equipment and systems.
• Maintain product inventory and service logs.
• Support customer accounts and build strong client relationships.
• Assist with cooling tower, boiler, and wastewater treatment programs.
• Follow all site safety requirements and OSHA standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of water treatment, industrial, mechanical, or maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.
• OSHA 10 certification.
