Senior Project Secretary

Seaway7 have an opportunity for a Senior Project Secretary to support crew changes for our vessels, as well as administrative support to projects. This will be based in the Seaway7 Zoetermeer office on a full time basis and will be for an approx. 6 month period of cover to maternity leave.

What will you be doing?

For our vessels operating offshore, you will play a key role in organising project personnel rotations and crew changes for project, client and subcontractor personnel (excluding the vessel's regular crew), ensuring smooth personnel movements. This mainly encompasses travel, accommodation and local transportation. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will work closely with Operations, Crewing, Logistics, Vessel Administration, local agents, subcontractors and client representatives. You can also monitor travel and visa requirements, training, certificates as needed.

In addition, you will provide administrative and organisational support to the project team, such as arranging meetings, workshops and other events, maintaining project Sharepoint site, and providing general administrative support to the project team. You may also provide administrative support to other Department as needed

What experience would we like you to have?

• Good organisational skills, delivering work accurately and on time with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Builds productive working relationships across the project team, clients and other stakeholders through effective communication.
• Skilled at contributing to team and project efforts while staying on schedule with time-sensitive deadlines.
• Experience in project support, administration, office management or a similar role.
• Good working proficiency in English is required.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
