O&M Documentation Coordinator
Application deadline: 10.11.2026.
What does the job involve?
Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm, currently under construction, is being developed in three phases. Located approximately 100 to 150 nautical miles east of South Shields, the site covers an area of more than 1,500 km². The Operations and Maintenance (O&M) base is situated at the Port of Tyne in South Tyneside.
Equinor will serve as the Operator of Dogger Bank during the operational phase. To support the continued growth of the O&M organisation at the Port of Tyne, we are seeking to recruit an O&M and Documentation Coordinator.
We are looking for a committed and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the wind farm. Given the collaborative nature of the role and the level of day-to-day interaction required across the organisation, candidates will be expected to live within, or be willing to relocate to, the local area.
By joining our team, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of Dogger Bank by providing high-quality administrative and operational support to the O&M organisation, with an immediate focus on document control.
What will my tasks be?
Within this position, your key tasks will be to:
- Establish, implement and manage a robust document and information control framework, aligned with site requirements and organisational governance.
- Develop and maintain document control procedures, workflows and local best practices, aligned with the wider governing documentation structure and GL0319.
- Administer and maintain the central document management system, ensuring information is appropriately controlled, structured and accessible.
- Manage SharePoint and Microsoft 365 information environments, including site administration, housekeeping, archiving, clean-up and information architecture.
- Support departments across the organisation with their document and information management requirements, including advice, guidance and document retrieval.
- Work closely with the Power Information Manager, ILCM team and wider information management network to implement consistent standards and best practices.
- Deliver activities within the Information Management year wheel, ensuring required governance, assurance and follow-up activities are completed.
- Provide training and user support for information management processes, systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities across document and information management, working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide broader site and business support, including reporting, meeting minutes, workshops, procurement, onboarding, inductions, offshore certification, management system administration and office management.
Here's what we expect from you:
At Equinor, there are some overall qualities we regard as essential. We want you to identify with the values that guide our decisions and help us succeed and grow: open, collaborative, courageous and caring. We expect you to make safety your priority and to contribute to our zero-harm culture. And for this specific position, we are also looking for:
