Argentina - Neuquén - Wireline Engineer Sr - Wireline and Perforating (Neuquen, Q, AR, 8300)

Job Duties

Perform Wireline operations in unconventional Oil & Gas environments, including shale plays, tight reservoirs, horizontal wells, and multi-stage completion projects. Operate and maintain Wireline equipment while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Support well intervention, completion, and production enhancement activities, troubleshoot equipment and operational issues in the field, and ensure compliance with all HSE standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with field crews and customers to optimize job execution, maintain accurate operational records, and contribute to achieving operational and service quality objectives. Minumun 2 years of experience working in unconventional reservoirs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Wireline experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience in unconventional operations, including shale plays, tight reservoirs, horizontal wells, and multi-stage completions.
• Experience working on a 10x5 work schedule in field operations based in Neuquén.
• Strong knowledge of Wireline tools, equipment, and operational procedures.Demonstrated ability to execute Wireline services safely and efficiently in unconventional environments.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, operations teams, and international stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Industrial, Electronic, or related discipline) required.
