Warehouse General Labor

Duration: 1 year initially with possibility of extension Schedule: 5/2, 40 hours with possible OT Location: Midland, Texas

This opportunity supports daily warehouse operations in a site-based environment, with responsibility for goods receiving, issuing, storage, inventory control, and material handling activities. The role is focused on operational integrity, reliability, efficiency, and effective transaction processing across warehouse functions. This position also involves warehouse administration, communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and use of SAP R/3, spreadsheets, and databases to support operations.

Required Experience:

• Experience performing general manual labor tasks in a warehouse environment
• Experience supporting warehouse operations including goods receiving, issuing, storage, and basic warehouse functions
• Experience with warehouse management, materials distribution, and inventory control requirements
• Experience handling day-to-day warehouse activities with a focus on safety, security, and operational controls

Required Skills:

• Must be based near Midland, TX
• Knowledge of warehouse management, materials distribution, and inventory control basic standards
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and general warehousing technologies
• Ability to lift and move materials, and load and unload vehicles as part of warehouse activities
• Strong safety, security, and controls awareness
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with business unit stakeholders, procurement colleagues, and suppliers
• Ability to support administrative activities using ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous general labor experience
• Previous oilfield experience
