Operations Coordinator - Cementation

Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join the Cementation Team in Odessa, Texas

Job Overview:

The Operations Coordinator supports operations with a focus on processing/coordinating assets and purchasing for the Permian region.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sales to plan operations and inventory needs
• Receive customer calls to facilitate delivery of Weatherford products and services
• Ensure statement of requirements are complete and accurate for all orders
• Ensure accuracy of tickets for all orders
• Ensure tickets are delivered, signed, returned in a timely manner
• Coordinate logistics for delivery of products to customers
• Serve as focal point in operations for specific customer accounts
• Support warehouse and equipment inspection as needed
• Support rotational 24/7 on-call schedule
• Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford
• Perform various other duties and activities assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant industry experience required, with strong preference for field operations experience and hands-on exposure to cementing, cement products, or well construction solutions. Plus 0-1 years coordinator experience preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong operational and administrative business acumen.
• Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise professionalism, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with internal teams and external customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems/software preferred.

Travel Requirement:

• This role may require domestic travel of up to: <10%
