📄 Contract Type: Long-Term Contract 📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days per Week 🔄 Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF 🏢 Client: Major LNG Project, Qatar We are seeking an experienced Transportation & Installation (T&I) Lead to join a major LNG expansion project in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of transportation and float-over installation activities for large offshore compression platforms and living quarters topsides, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.
Key Responsibilities ✅ Lead Transportation & Installation (T&I) execution activities for offshore facilities.
✅ Review and supervise T&I engineering deliverables, procedures, vessel readiness, inspections, and mobilization activities.
✅ Coordinate with Vessel Management Teams, contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
✅ Manage installation readiness reviews, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
✅ Ensure marine operations comply with project requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations.
✅ Support offshore operations and monitor installation progress against project milestones.
✅ Participate in incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are implemented.
Minimum Requirements 🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences.
🛢️ Minimum 8 years of experience in large Oil & Gas projects within construction, fabrication, installation, hook-up, execution, or completion disciplines.
👨‍💼 At least 1 year in a supervisory role or overseeing contractor/vendor personnel.
🌊 Strong offshore construction experience as a Methods Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar role.
⚓ Proven experience in transportation and installation of fixed offshore facilities.
✅ Float-Over Installation experience is mandatory. DP Float-Over experience will be highly advantageous.
🤝 Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
