Facilities Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate facility activities, primarily within a single building, including general repairs and maintenance, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and alarm systems, telecommunications, utilities, painting and patching, pest control, janitorial services, signage, furniture and equipment setup, cubicle reconfigurations, fleet vehicles, and transportation as needed.
• Respond to building and equipment emergencies and serve as the primary point of contact between company employees and outside contractors performing repairs or maintenance.
• Manage building and equipment preventive maintenance schedules, conduct tests of building security systems, and assist with developing emergency preparedness and response plans.
• Organize, schedule, and document work activities; monitor progress and ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal personnel to ensure facility needs are addressed efficiently.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
