Responsibilities

What makes you remarkable?

• Establish a working relationship with the GC, AE and provide them with an overview of Owner's needs, goals, requirements
• Facilitate review of key documentation and relevant procedures
• Monitor that the works are being carried out in accordance with agreed method statements
• Monitor allocation of construction resources in consideration of relative priorities and to meet the construction program
• Serve as the central point of contact between the OWNER, contractors, vendors, to ensure clear and transparent communication
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks (e.g., site conditions, regulatory changes, material availability)
• Address emerging issues and conflicts promptly, guiding resolution while prioritizing the OWNER’s interests
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions or recovery plans as needed

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in civils, structural, architectural or related field
• 10 years’ minimum relevant experience in construction management
• Experience in Data Center projects will be considered an advantage
• Good HSES awareness and commitment without any compromise in safety
• Good team leadership in technical, interpersonal and communication skill
• Good Problem solving - Ability to identify problems, determines possible solution, and actively works to resolve issues
• Good Decision making - Knowledge of and ability to use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions and / or reaching conclusions. Ability to take action consistent with available facts, constraints and anticipated consequences
• Good English language communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple reporting priorities
• Willing to work extended hours including weekends
