What role you will play in our team
Experienced IT professional specializing in Service Management and DevOps practices. The Citizen Developer Coach is responsible for mentoring and guiding business users (citizen developers) in building applications using ServiceNow’s low-code/no-code capabilities. This role ensures adherence to governance, security, and quality standards while fostering innovation and enabling rapid application development across the organization.
What you will do
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for citizen developers.
Educate users on ServiceNow low-code tools such as App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Ensure citizen-developed applications comply with organizational standards.
Implement guardrails for security, data integrity, and performance.
Review and validate citizen-developed applications for functionality and compliance.
Use tools like Automated Test Framework for testing.
About you
Skills and Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech in Computer science or related courses
Understanding IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4) is crucial for ensuring that all citizen-built applications are secure, compliant, and well-integrated into the existing enterprise systems.
SOLID GitHub Actions, CI/CD practices background
The core function involves providing guidance, training, and support to non-technical colleagues, serving as a role model, and providing reusable templates.
Experience with the scrum and agile practices
Analytical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven experience working effectively across global teams and diverse cultures.
Ownership & Initiative: Demonstrates accountability and proactively drives solutions to completion.
Clear Communication: Communicates ideas and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic environments and adjusts quickly to organizational changes and priorities.
Knowledge of
IT governance, security, and compliance standards

Exposure to Agile scrum methodologies
Understanding IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL 4)
Any prior working experience in a Oil & Gas sector, Hands-on Experience with major third-party geoscience applications, including Petrel and RokDoc
