ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. What role you will play in our team Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with external business partners Proactively identify new technical collaboration opportunities within the focus areas Execute technical collaboration initiatives with OEMs, Customers Design and optimize performance tests to qualify new lubricants and support OEMs Coordinate and manage sample logistics, registration, 3P testing services; (may be delegated to local test coordinator role) End-to-end support for field demonstration of products and services: project case for action, definition and planning, project execution, report-out. Support translation of field trial results into Proof of Performance and marketing claims as appropriate Participate in industry associations and seminars to advocate ExxonMobil positions regarding lubricant application, performance, testing and specifications Develop technical information materials (e.g. Tech Topics for field trial, technical information decks, papers) for marketing benefit; present in seminars Support OEM Advisor roll out new service offers to customers What you will do Project Management Cross MBU interfaces with OEM Technology Advisors Sales / Marketing and OEM Technology Advisor interfaces Objective & Deliverables (O&Ds) by project Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors /master’s in engineering from a recognized university with a CGPA of 6.5 and above Technically minded, strong project management skills Must have experience in Industrial /Automotive tribology testing rigs Minimum 4 years of relevant Industry work experience Preferred Experiences: Industrial and Automotive Lubricant knowledge, Tribology testing knowledge ,Lubricant application knowledge, understanding of Industrial and Automotive equipment.
